Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records and take steps to prevent further collection.

13. Professional Stylists and Client Wardrobe Access

13.1 If You Use GetWardrobe as a Professional Stylist

(Regardless of your account type)

Your Obligations:

  • You must obtain appropriate consent from your clients before uploading their images or personal information to GetWardrobe.
  • You are responsible for ensuring client data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • You must inform clients that their data will be processed by GetWardrobe and potentially third-party AI providers according to this Privacy Policy.
  • When clients grant you access to their wardrobe, you are the data controller for any additional data you add; GetWardrobe acts as a data processor.

13.2 If You Are a Client Working with a Professional Stylist

  • You must have a Premium subscription to grant wardrobe access to your stylist.
  • You control what access level your stylist has (read-only or full edit).
  • You can revoke stylist access at any time through your account settings.
  • Your stylist will be able to view and potentially edit your wardrobe content according to the permissions you grant.
  • Both you and your stylist's activities are subject to this Privacy Policy.

13.3 Our Commitments

  • Client data accessed by professional stylists receives the same privacy protections as personal account data.
  • We do not use client wardrobe content accessed by stylists for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
  • Professional stylists can request data processing agreements for compliance with professional obligations.

13.4 Access Management

  • Premium subscribers can grant and revoke stylist access at any time.
  • When access is revoked, the stylist can no longer view or modify that client's wardrobe.
  • Audit logs of access and modifications are maintained for security purposes.
